Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FocusAll. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the app. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the FocusAll team and apply to the FocusAll Android and iOS applications and related backend services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using FocusAll, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not download or use the app.

If you are under 18, please review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.

Description of Service

FocusAll is an AI computational photography camera app that provides:

• Full-depth-of-field capture: Automatically controls lens focus to capture front, mid, and background in a single shutter press
• Real-time Depth Slider: GPU-powered alpha blending for zero-latency focus-plane preview — works fully offline
• AI Fusion: Uploads multi-focus photos to the cloud; an AI model produces a fully-sharp composite, handling hair, glass, and complex edges
• Sandboxed storage: Captured photos stay in the app's private space until you choose to export them

Basic capture and preview features work entirely offline. AI Fusion requires an active network connection and a valid subscription.

Subscriptions & Payment

FocusAll offers two plans:

• Free: Basic multi-focus capture and Depth Slider preview; limited AI Fusion uses
• Pro: Unlimited AI Fusion, priority cloud processing queue

Android — Google Play Billing

• Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Manage or cancel at: Google Play → Account → Subscriptions
• After cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the current period
• Refunds must be requested through Google Play Support; FocusAll cannot process refunds directly

iOS — Apple App Store Billing

• Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple In-App Purchase, subject to Apple Media Services Terms
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period; once the renewal is confirmed, the charge for that period is non-refundable
• Manage or cancel at: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or App Store → Account → Subscriptions
• After cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the current period
• If a free trial is offered, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged
• Refunds must be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; FocusAll cannot initiate refunds directly

Prices may vary by region. Android and iOS subscriptions are independent and cannot be shared across platforms.

User Content

Your photos always belong to you. Copyright and ownership of all photos you capture with FocusAll remain with you at all times and are not transferred by use of the Service.

When you use AI Fusion, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary licence solely to process and composite your photos for that single request. The licence terminates automatically once the task is complete and the temporary files are destroyed.

We explicitly commit to: not using your photos to train AI models or build datasets; not using your photos for advertising or any commercial purpose; not selling or sharing your photo content with any third party; automatically destroying all temporary files within 24 hours.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or process any unlawful content, including pornography, child sexual exploitation material, violence, terrorism-related content, or hate speech
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the app
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with the app's security mechanisms, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated scripts, crawlers, or bots to bulk-call the AI Fusion API
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service's servers or networks

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your device access without prior notice. For serious violations, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary disruptions may be caused by: scheduled maintenance (we will notify you in advance when possible), force majeure events, third-party AI service availability, or unexpected traffic spikes causing degraded service.

Note: basic capture and Depth Slider features are fully offline and unaffected by network or cloud service status.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Our maximum liability for service interruptions is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the interruption.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• FocusAll is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• We do not guarantee that AI Fusion results will meet your specific requirements; output quality depends on source photo quality, lighting conditions, and AI model capability
• We are not liable for any loss of data arising from use of the Service — please back up important photos regularly
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the FocusAll application belongs to the FocusAll team, including but not limited to: UI design, visual style, and UX; multi-focus capture algorithms and Depth Slider rendering logic; the FocusAll brand name, logo, and trademarks; backend service architecture and API design.

These Terms do not grant you any licence to use the above. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of this content without our prior written consent.

Account Termination

FocusAll operates via anonymous Device IDs rather than user accounts. "Termination" means banning your Device ID. We may do so if: you violate the Acceptable Use policy; your device shows abnormal request patterns or suspected attack behaviour; or we are required to do so by law.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. Termination does not affect photos stored in your local sandbox.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. For material changes that affect your rights, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the notice period ends constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using and uninstall the app during the notice period.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation within 30 days of the dispute arising. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in the location of FocusAll's operating entity.
